The team got of the dinghies and into a Catalina 37 for the Annual Port of Los Angeles Harbor Cup regatta. We were led by veterans Max Hutcheson at the Helm and Olivia Gebelein in the pit. The Trojans traveled to Redwood City, CA to compete in the annual McIntyre Team Race Regatta. Saturday saw very light winds for most of the day. Sunday had bigger shifts in the breeze, but was also quite light. This was the first team race regatta for many members of our team, but we saw continuous improvement throughout the event! This past weekend, March 31-April 1, the Trojans travelled north for the St. Francis Intersectional Regatta, sailed on the San Francisco City Front. The Match Race Team of Max Hutcheson, Danny Kivlovitz, and Kelsey Rupp traveled to San Francisco to compete in the PCCSC Match Race Championship this past weekend. While the weather was great, it did not allow for much sailing because of wind delays. The Trojans had solid first day of sailing with three victories. On day two they struggled a bit, but still ended the regatta in 6th place overall
The Trojans travled to Larchmont Yacht to compete in the Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta in J-105′s this past weekend.
