Racing out of Mission Bay Yacht Club with some interesting morning breeze that held light and south that slowly picked up and switched westward. The team finished 3rd overall with A division tied but finishing in 2nd, having us easily qualify for the Nationals at The College of Charleston. Go get
Strong wind and current at St. Francis Yacht Club made for a tiring first day of the North Designate Regatta. However the Trojans held strong and finished off the first day in 2nd. The team continues to sail well on the second day, finishing the regatta in 4th overall.
With abnormal conditions USC still managed to successfully defend at Home, racing inside in the turning basin right outside ABYC with current and a SSE breeze. There were 6 teams really vying for the top at the start at the regatta and took half the regatta to see that number
Starting off the regatta with a DSQ the team did nothing but fight each race to continuously moving up the fleet and up the rankings, with scores on par with the top of the fleet. Unfortunately there were no races on Sunday as the top of the fleet was real close.

Women PCC's dealt with on and off light winds and rain. Great effort put in by our Ladies and coming out with a Fifth. Boats provided by Stanford allowed our teams to race one day in the FJ and the other in the Z420. 420

Our Pacific Coast Championships and qualifier for National's took place this weekend, hosted by SDYC and sailed off of the SD city front. USC finished in 4th and qualified for the National's taking place May 31-June 3rd.
